Time as Ingredient: Small Home-Lab Bench — AI Portrait Prompt

Use the attached reference photo as the identity reference: keep the same face, skin tone, hair and features as the person in that photo, without beautifying, aging or altering them. Use a formal 3:4 environmental portrait with complete hands and meaningful objects inside frame. Location: a small home-lab bench with a scale, thermometer, and clean cylinders. Show the subject in a slate-grey work shirt with a pen in the chest pocket, zeroing a small brass scale with one fingertip. Build the artwork around this material rule: a glass fermentation crock with visible interior currents, bead-columns of carbon dioxide rising through amber brine on fixed routes shows patience accumulating into something visibly different. Explore how small a vessel can be and still contain weather; direct expression and posture toward sober appreciation, never melodrama or ad-like confidence. Frame across the bench at chest height so the vessel's activity and their eyes share one focal plane. Make the composition let the liveliest jar sit off-center and draw their gaze, not their hands. Render it as gallery-grade slow-food photography built from genuine microbial activity, quiet pantry architecture, accurate material aging, and unhurried observational framing, using backlight through glass and liquid with honest caustic patterns on the bench and a palette of amber brine, unbleached muslin, and deep cellar brown. Keep one identity-locked person, credible hands and fingers, natural fabric, and coherent scale, contact, reflections, shadows, airflow, deformation, and materials. Background people only when essential, always secondary and clearly different. Avoid probiotic-supplement bottles, gut-diagram infographics, glowing bacteria renders, petri-dish sci-fi, and sourdough-influencer clichés. No text, labels, logos, signatures, watermarks, random symbols, plastic skin, excessive bloom, or glossy AI finish.
