The Third Cook: Stone Kitchen Bench — AI Portrait Prompt

Use the attached reference photo as the identity reference: keep the same face, skin tone, hair and features as the person in that photo, without beautifying, aging or altering them. Design a full-height 9:16 cinematic artwork that reads on a phone and rewards gallery-scale inspection. Location: a stone kitchen bench at dawn, the window barely warming. Show the subject in a soft grey henley with sleeves pushed past the forearm, peeling a cloth cover back from a wide bowl. Make one rigorous physical condition the conceptual engine: a row of open miso crocks aged from one month to ten years, their surfaces darkening in an unbroken color gradient shows one simple reading deciding which lives may thrive. Explore whether patience deserves to be listed as an ingredient; direct expression and posture toward generous curiosity, never melodrama or ad-like confidence. Frame across the bench at chest height so the vessel's activity and their eyes share one focal plane. Make the composition show one culture at rest beside one at full work. Render it as conceptual symbiosis portraiture combining working ferment vessels, restrained contemporary art direction, believable biology, and human-centered editorial realism, using a single overhead practical softened by the surrounding architecture, leaving readable shadow detail and a palette of milk white, pale straw, and one field of fig dark. Keep one identity-locked person, credible hands and fingers, natural fabric, and coherent scale, contact, reflections, shadows, airflow, deformation, and materials. Background people only when essential, always secondary and clearly different. Avoid mad-scientist bubbling flasks, green slime horror, moldy-food disgust shots, chef's-table plating drama, and artisanal-brand styling. No text, labels, logos, signatures, watermarks, random symbols, plastic skin, excessive bloom, or glossy AI finish.
